Develop and maintain high-quality WLAN software solutions for next-generation wireless technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new WLAN features.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify innovative solutions and improve existing products.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in WLAN technology.
Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management on project status, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
