This position involves teaching Tamil across CLSP and IGCSE O Level, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Teaching and Learning:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver effective lessons in Tamil that align with the Cambridge International curriculum.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a creative, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Extra-Curricular and Co-Curricular Activities:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in and support the development of extra-curricular and co-curricular activities related to Tamil language and culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Management of Resources:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Efficiently manage teaching resources to enhance student learning experiences.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure resources are aligned with curriculum needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monitoring, Evaluation &amp;
