We are looking for friendly, professional, and tech-savvy Virtual Receptionists to join our team!<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Your Mission (If You Choose to Accept):<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Customer Interaction<\/strong>: Provide exceptional service by answering calls for thousands of businesses across the country.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tech-Savvy Communication<\/strong>: Use cloud-based technology to manage caller interactions and follow call handling instructions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team Collaboration<\/strong>: Communicate with team members via Slack and stay updated on company tasks and expectations.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Environment<\/strong>: Work from home in a quiet space, free from distractions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>What We Are Looking For:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Location Requirement<\/strong>: Must reside in Kansas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>People Skills<\/strong>: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to stay patient and friendly in a high call volume environment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tech-Savvy<\/strong>: Comfort with technology and troubleshooting minor computer issues. A second monitor is encouraged but not required.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work Environment<\/strong>: Must have a quiet room for work and reliable, high-speed internet (at least 10Mbps).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Availability<\/strong>: Minimum of 25 hours per week, including some weekend availability.
