A candidate will be responsible for maintaining good supporter relationships and raise the funds over calls for the foundation. A successful Customer Care representative must be excellent at communication and must have excellent calling skills. In this role, you have to contribute to the Foundation\u2019s growth by bringing in donors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowing all the details of the Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>Contacting potential donors to inform them regarding the Foundation and Its Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Answering all queries and questions regarding the Foundation and Its Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping the donor database maintained and updated.<\/li>\n<li>Preserve the Foundation\u2019s reputation by handling grievances.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of useful information.<\/li>\n<li>Regularly updating and obtaining the lists of donors contact details.<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed target set by the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with the donors.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting each function with the utmost respect, regardless of the behaviour of the other.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of experience as a Customer Care Executive or any similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of computer basic knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Efficient with English.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent ability to resolve issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p>Pay: \u20b915,000.00 &#8211; \u20b920,000.00 per month<\/p>\n<p>Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Location: In person<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"css-nijnu8 e15p7aqh1\" role=\"separator\" aria-orientation=\"horizontal\"><span class=\"css-8u2krs esbq1260\">&amp;nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div role=\"separator\" aria-orientation=\"horizontal\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\" role=\"separator\" aria-orientation=\"horizontal\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/job-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5949\" src=\"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/APPLY-NOW-button-01-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description We at Diya India Foundation are looking for a\u00a0Female\u00a0Customer Care Executive\u00a0for the fundraising.
