Job Description :-<\/b><\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

– Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.<\/p>\n

– Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, address challenges, and set goals.<\/p>\n

– Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and targets.<\/p>\n

– Ensure adherence to the company\u2019s sales policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

– Prepare and present reports on sales achievements and progress to senior management.<\/p>\n

– Provide constructive feedback and recommendations to improve team performance.<\/p>\n

– Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with key clients.<\/p>\n

– Address and resolve customer complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.<\/p>\n

Qualifications and Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.<\/p>\n

– Proven\u00a0experience 2-5 years<\/b>\u00a0as a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role in Education Sector(Preferred)<\/p>\n

– Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and market trends.<\/p>\n

– Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.<\/p>\n

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n

Pay: \u20b925,000.00 – \u20b930,000.00 per month<\/p>\n
