{"id":16800,"date":"2025-01-30T10:48:06","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T10:48:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/puranigaadi.com\/jobs\/?p=16800"},"modified":"2025-01-30T10:48:06","modified_gmt":"2025-01-30T10:48:06","slug":"tour-package-sales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/puranigaadi.com\/jobs\/tour-package-sales\/","title":{"rendered":"Tour Package Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"jobDescriptionTitle\">\n<h2 id=\"jobDescriptionTitleHeading\" class=\"css-9phk1k e1tiznh50\" tabindex=\"-1\">Full job description<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"jobDescriptionText\" class=\"jobsearch-JobComponent-description css-wppltw eu4oa1w0\">\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Tour Package sales &amp; Reservation Executive<\/b>\u00a0<b>Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling all inquiries from our agents and clients as assigned (incl. quotations, itinerary, packages, travel information \u2026\u2026 etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Must have Domestic knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Costing management include negotiated with vendors for the good prices<\/li>\n<li>Follow up on existing quotes and inquires with Travel Agents.<\/li>\n<li>Make reservations for hotels, tours, transfers \u2026\u2026.etc.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare documents i.e. vouchers, itinerary, air-tickets, train tickets \u2026 etc.<\/li>\n<li>Handling all the amendments on current reservation through backend.<\/li>\n<li>Provide prompt and efficient customer service and customer satisfaction while promoting the company\u2019s services.<\/li>\n<li>Accountable for high volume replying email &amp; phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up financial aspects of the bookings (invoice, payment\u2026.etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 year experiences in travel and tourism industry<\/li>\n<li>Good command of written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility to work extra hour<\/li>\n<li>Ability to resolve the client issues promptly.<\/li>\n<li>Time management and organisational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About The Company<\/b><\/p>\n<p>My Tour Plans Pvt.
