Will solely be responsible for leading the complete customer experience at ExclusiveLane.<\/p>\n<p>2. Will be solely responsible for handling all the customer queries for ExclusiveLane.com, social media &amp; other marketplaces.<\/p>\n<p>3. Strategizing &amp; implementing the processes with different departments to enhance the customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>4. Taking customer feedbacks post sales &amp; escalating the relevant feedback to the concerned teams.<\/p>\n<p>5. Regular follow-ups with the customers for any pending issue, delayed dispatch of the product or delayed delivery.<\/p>\n<p>6.
