This role, based out of Gurugram, will be a part of the AIM team and will be responsible for Global Commercial Beyond Card Analytics. The team is responsible for cross-sell and engagement analytics for beyond card products across the SME and MM segment. The incumbent would be responsible for analytics solutions that would shape customer acquisitions and organic growth roadmap. The role requires a strong background in data analytics and commercial card knowledge. The position is part of a highly collaborative environment, interacting with and influencing partners across the Global Commercial Service\u2019s business at American Express.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>How will you make an impact in this role?<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Spearheading analytics to drive beyond the card strategies comprising cross-sell and engagement<\/li>\n<li>Drive multiple US SME strategic growth priorities like BLOC, BCA, Blueprint, and AP Automation<\/li>\n<li>Support and enable the GCS product partners with actionable, insightful analytical solutions to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners and Senior leaders to assess and identify opportunities for better customer engagement, and revenue growth<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional execution skills \u2013 be able to resolve issues, identify opportunities, and define success metrics and make things happen. Drive Automation and ongoing refinement of analytical frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to challenge the status quo; breakthrough thinking to generate insights, alternatives and opportunities for business success.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics).<\/li>\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to apply both quantitative methods and business skills to create insights and drive results.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors.<\/li>\n<li>Strong programming skills are preferred.
