We serve over 1,000 investment firms, offering clients 24\/7 coverage through our team of 1,300+ employees located across eight offices.<\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\nJob Description<\/b><br \/>\nThe Private Markets team at Third Bridge supports European and North American Private Equity funds with their primary research needs by leveraging a portfolio of services &amp; content available. You will join our content team based in Mumbai, whose aim is to build the world&#8217;s most extensive content library for PE\/VC-backed companies across the US and Europe. Our content will allow investors in private markets to identify, track and research investment opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to the Sector Lead, you will be responsible for making sure we deliver our commitment to producing high-quality content to our private equity investment clients globally.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and conduct 1-1 interviews with industry specialists to draw sector\/industry and company knowledge<\/li>\n<li>Develop our content products (Primers, Tearsheets and Map) on a company from your interviews<\/li>\n<li>Form sector\/industry knowledge specialization by Geography and apply knowledge to reviewing the quality of Primer \/ TearSheets in your sector\/industry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>A successful candidate will<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be passionate about building a new product and excited by the unknown<\/li>\n<li>Have demonstrable experience in researching and summarising content<\/li>\n<li>Be able to confidently and professionally interact with Senior industry executives<\/li>\n<li>Have meaningful experience in having telephone conversations with a large number of individuals and lead these conversations with ease<\/li>\n<li>Be a results-driven team contributor who can effectively manage their time while maintaining a positive and \u201ccan-do\u201d attitude<\/li>\n<li>Be able to thrive in hybrid remote and in-office environments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/li>\n<li>0.6 -2 years of experience, preferably in the financial services industry<\/li>\n<li>Education or work experience directly related to commercial due diligence process would be a plus examples &#8211; Investment Banking, Consulting and Business Journalism<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills with Proven experience in communicating effectively and building relationships quickly over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English<\/li>\n<li>Eligible to work in India (Mumbai) without requiring sponsorship now or in the future<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><b><br \/>\nWhy work for us?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>What can you expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Competitive Compensation:<\/b>\u00a0Enjoy a competitive salary reflective of your skills and experience.<\/li>\n<li><b>Time Off:<\/b>\u00a0Benefit from 18 days of paid time off (PTO), 8 fixed holidays, 1 floating holiday, and 8 casual leaves.
