About the role:<\/b>
\nThe person will be responsible to take APAC\/UK calls, tickets and work on emails, will be working on all the letters for APAC\/UK and Handling all the queries related to PF, insurance , policies, background checks<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll do on a Typical Day<\/p>\n

Take calls
\nWork on tickets
\nWork on emails
\nPrepare appointment letters for APAC\/UK
\nPrepare all other letters for APAC\/UK
\nWork on ER checks
\nWork on background verification emails
\nWork on mat\/pat cases of APAC\/UK
\nWork on reports
\nLiaison with vendor for PF and insurance related questions<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re looking for:<\/b>
\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills
\nExperience of 3 + years and above
\nExperience in HR only
\nAbility to take additional responsibility
\nExceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills
\nExperience in supporting a remote employee population or experience working in a shared service environment<\/p>\n
