What You\u2019ll Do on a Typical Day:<\/b>
\nDisburse global payments on a daily\/weekly basis in Trax and Bank portals<\/p>\n

Action Bulk payment uploads in payment \/ bank portals<\/p>\n

Process Corporate card payments<\/p>\n

Manage cashflow by \u201cholding\u201d payments<\/p>\n

Monitor \/ Research payment rejections, taking corrective action as applicable<\/p>\n

Process FX payments<\/p>\n

Collate data and provide MIS on team productivity and transactional volumes<\/p>\n

Perform Disbursements data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/b>
\nPerform accounting activities in NetSuite<\/p>\n

Provide Audit Support<\/p>\n

Manage queries from vendors and internal customers within SLA timelines<\/p>\n

Establish and maintain clear lines of communication with internal \/ external customers at all levels.<\/p>\n

Identify and implement process improvements and efficiency enhancements<\/p>\n

Assist with project related tasks<\/p>\n
