About the Role:<\/b>
\nWe are looking for skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Business Advisors \u2013 Engineers who
\nwill act as ambassadors for our customers’ journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for
\nproviding detailed, consultative advice and support, focusing on understanding and achieving
\ncustomer goals with their Office 365 subscription<\/p>\n


\nJob Description<\/b>
\nWhat you’ll do:<\/b>
\n\uf0b7Actively engage with customers to understand their business objectives and how
\nMicrosoft 365 can support their goals.
\n\uf0b7Educate customers on Microsoft 365 products and services, guiding them on best
\npractices for improving productivity and collaboration.
\n\uf0b7Assist customers in evaluating the potential benefits of a Microsoft 365 subscription,
\nproviding personalized recommendations and tailored demos.
\n\uf0b7Advise on different subscription plans and features, helping customers choose the best
\noption for their needs and budget.
\n\uf0b7Guide customers through new subscriptions or enhancing existing ones, including step-
\nby-step instructions and troubleshooting.
\n\uf0b7Stay updated on the latest Microsoft 365 updates and enhancements, and communicate
\nthese effectively to customers.
\n\uf0b7Document technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base.
\n\uf0b7Collaborate with other technical support engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
\n\uf0b7Ensure a high level of customer success, with a focus on moving customers from grace
\nperiod to perpetual usage and increasing license utilization.<\/p>\n


\nQualifications<\/b>
\nQualifications:<\/p>\n

Technical advisory or implementation experience in a Microsoft 365 environment.<\/p>\n

Strong consultative and chat communication skills, emphasizing clarity, empathy, and
\nprofessionalism.<\/p>\n

Preferred certifications: MVP, MCT, MCSA, MCSE (not mandatory).<\/p>\n

RAVE experience (a plus but not required).<\/p>\n
