As an Associate Travel Counselor, you\u2019ll join our highly skilled team to learn how to providing outstanding service to our corporate business clients. We\u2019re most proud of our warm and inclusive culture, innovation in the travel tech space, internal promotions, and career advancement opportunities.<\/p>\n

What You\u2019ll Do<\/p>\n

Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers (both individuals and groups)<\/p>\n

Educate customers on travel options including air, road, rail, and accommodations<\/p>\n

Use various Global Distribution Systems (GDS)<\/p>\n

Ensure compliance to customers\u2019 agreed travel policy, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements<\/p>\n

Use positive telephone service techniques and act on special customer requests<\/p>\n

Collaborate within your team coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels<\/p>\n

We look forward to sharing more detailed job functions and key performance indicators during the interview process.<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For<\/p>\n

Computer and application skills, including Microsoft applications, deleting cookies, and internet browsing<\/p>\n

1+ years of experience working in call center or customer service preferred<\/p>\n

Advanced English (speaking, writing, listening and reading)<\/p>\n

Passion for excellence in client service<\/p>\n

Professional communication<\/p>\n

Attention to detail<\/p>\n

Resolving customer issues quickly and raising concerns when needed<\/p>\n

Teamwork and openness to feedback<\/p>\n

Our Traveler Care unit is a 24\/7 operation. We have specific colleagues dedicated to the night shift, however, please be flexible and prepared to work afternoon shifts (8am -9pm) including weekends and holidays.<\/p>\n
