What You\u2019ll Do:<\/b>
\nWork cross-functional Product, Technology and Operations teams to drive execution and delivery of world class products
\nPartner with strong technical teams to translate customer needs into workable technology solutions
\nEnvision business objectives, opportunities and develop product roadmaps
\nDevelop and evangelize an understanding of our business traveler pain points and aspirations
\nLead the execution of products from inception through deployment
\nUse data and judgement to craft our strategy and define clear roadmaps
\nDeliver on our roadmap by prioritizing for maximum impact
\nCatalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Amex GBT Egencia leaders
\nAnticipate delivery risks, and manage trade-offs
\nCollaborative leader who builds a constructive working culture across Product, Technology and Operations
\nRigorously execute on experiments and measure outcomes
\nBuild relationships and make transparent decisions with diverse teams<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For :<\/b>
\nYou will take a lead role in expanding our booking capabilities, taking ownership of the whole customer journey from shopping through booking and beyond.
\nYou will work collaboratively across other Product teams, Technology, Operations, Finance and broader partners to build and implement our product delivery strategy.
\nYou have a strategic attitude and should be proficient in strategic business models and approaches. Our team aims to converge and evolve our systems to unlock the tremendous potential in the Travel Management space.<\/p>\n
