We take pride in exceeding expectations with our level of service, and it starts from a wonderful experience over the phone.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answering calls, providing customer service with compassion and empathy<\/li>\n<li>Scheduling appointments over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Making outbound sales, collections and service calls<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain communication with various parties over the phone or by email<\/li>\n<li>Following any given scripts, if any, when handling different topics<\/li>\n<li>Identifying customers\u2019 needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and\/or alternatives<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining compliance and completing work in a timely manner<\/li>\n<li>Representing the Company with honesty, integrity, and professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile<\/li>\n<li>Meeting personal\/team qualitative and quantitative targets when given a target<\/li>\n<li>Manage and improve customer satisfaction, including the resolution of complaints<\/li>\n<li>Support the office administrative activities<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads, makes sales calls including cold calls and follow-up marketing calls.<\/li>\n<li>Close deals and achieve sales target<\/li>\n<li>Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts<\/li>\n<li>Update databases and customer records<\/li>\n<li>Identify new products to add to those on offer<\/li>\n<li>IT support, facilitating weekly computer backups, software upgrades and organization<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring new colleagues when needed to efficiently perform all assigned tasks<\/li>\n<li>Supporting marketing efforts and continuing to grow personally and professionally in the business.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable with\u00a0<b>VOIP<\/b>\u00a0services and\u00a0<b>24\/7<\/b>\u00a0work timings<\/li>\n<li><b>Education<\/b>: Min Graduate &#8211; Certification in Marketing, Sales, or a relevant field is a plus<\/li>\n<li><b>Experience<\/b>: Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and Customer Service Representative, especially in dealing with American Customers.<\/li>\n<li><b>Communication skills<\/b>: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is required. Strong active-listening skills, excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and management.<\/li>\n<li><b>Computer skills<\/b>: Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Good computer skills are necessary for handling customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and supporting the administrative team.<\/li>\n<li>Patience, compassion, empathy and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under strict deadlines and manage stress<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and passion for helping others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Compensation:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Starting monthly salary of between 25k-30K<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to earn a monthly bonus<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to earn sales incentives<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to earn a group bonus upon achieving a set target<\/li>\n<li>30 days training provided with a stipend of Rs 15,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Conclusion:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The Sales and Customer Service Representative position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and customer service.
