What You\u2019ll Do on a Typical Day:<\/b>
\nYou will be the subject matter expert for T&E and card program supporting globally.
\nPerforming review and quality check of fully pre-audit and post-audit expense reports according to Global T&E policies and procedures.
\nManaging expense system configuration to resolve errors\/issues.
\nPerform data analysis of fully approved expense reports and making suggestions for policy improvements and cost savings initiatives.
\nYou will develop and maintain Global T&E and Card Program KPIs
\nMaintain and Administer the Global Card program providing daily oversight of
\nCorporate card program processes, issuing corporate cards, Monitor delinquencies, terminations and Card reconciliations.
\nMonitor and maintain Global helpdesk ensuring SLAs are met maintaining the resolution quality standards.
\nEnsure process SOP\u2019s maintained with the required changes\/updates.
\nManaging all processes adhering to agreed SLAs, Quality criteria and T&E controls.
\nResponsible for continuous improvement of processes
\nParticipate in adhoc projects.<\/p>\n

What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/b>
\nExcellent communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal skills with managing the
\n4-9 years of strong knowledge in T&E and Corporate Card Program
\nKnowledge of ERP, Concur Expense (including Cognos Reporting) or any other expense tool.
\nGood hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
\nStrong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving and planning skills
\nA self-starter with proactive and highly motivated approach with strong organizational skills
\nMust be comfortable working in afternoon shifts and attending office when required.<\/p>\n
