Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n

Should have minimum 10+ Experience in AISC detailing Standards.
\nShould be able to communicate with customers and must have min 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager with proper analytical and customer relationship management skills.
\nShould have Modelling Background using Tekla Tool set up with excellent communication, organisation and co-ordination skills.
\nShould be able to attend the meetings and coordinate with American Clients. Should be able to lead a team Size of 20+ with multiple projects.
\nPerform project planning, documentation, resource planning, utilization and co-ordination with all disciplines.
\nLead and manage the projects and implementation of the Project, Execution Plan, Work break down structure, Project Quality Plan, Project Ability to multi-task in a demanding design and detail engineering environment.
\nMonitoring project schedules, regarding submittals, approvals, and shop fabrication releases. Identify and communicate possible delays or problems to project management team.
\nOrganize detailing RFI process through formal RFI to customer and informal RFI’s with the Engineer, Architect, and General Contractor.
\nPossessing a proven track record of preparing and executing project plans and programs, ensuring that work is carried out in accordance with the project procedures and clients satisfaction.
\nManaging Projects from conception to completion resolving complex technical issues and coming up with fast efficient solutions. Stay within the budget while not compromising on the quality or schedules.
\nMaintain perfect coordination with the project team & all internal\/external parties to freeze the technical parameters\/ work scope to iron out any ambiguities.
\nSupervise & monitor the overall project performance on regular basis & taking steps for further improvements with a view to complete project within stipulated time frame.
\nPrepare and execute competence development plans for the team. Mentoring the juniors and guiding them to maximise their efficiencies.
\nAct with authority to ensure effective utilization of resources to meet business goals. Ensure quality delivery to maximise the customer satisfaction.
\nShould be professional and stand by with the commitments towards the internal and external stakeholders.
\nWilling to take up challenges in a start-up working environment by being flexible from all aspects.
\nShould be willing to walk extra miles to meet the commitments and or deadlines.
\nShould have a valid passport and willing to travel to US on business requirements.<\/p>\n
