We have completed more than 250 projects with a construction area of over 12 million Square feet and going forward we are operating on almost double the scale. We are looking for candidates with the motivation to learn and grow with us.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for candidates who are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confident and efficient in their ability to handle data management responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with tech, and self-learn software to improve company systems.<\/li>\n<li>Preferably has construction industry experience.<\/li>\n<li>Focuses on the execution of tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to learn and find solutions that are implementable and practical to the company culture<\/li>\n<li>Reliable and accountable for their responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Can multitask and prioritize tasks to create the most impact.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As part of our team, you will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be in direct contact with management on a daily basis for reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Build a system for organising, storing and managing company data related to construction materials, purchasing, quotations, tendering, contract agreements, analysis of performance, project progress, material demand, reconciliation of items and finance etc.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a dashboard for the company to get a better understanding of company finances, material at the site, and overall project progress of multiple projects for the company Director.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the company\u2019s business functions through Google sheets.<\/li>\n<li>Independently work towards process improvement and automation in every aspect of business operations.<\/li>\n<li>Provides technical support, expertise, leadership and accountability for projects assigned.<\/li>\n<li>Supervises employees to ensure reporting schedules are maintained on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. Coordinates with employees to ensure that people responsible for giving data input are updating it regularly and accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure data reliability and validity through regular checks on data collected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prior experience in Excel\/Google Sheets is a must.<\/li>\n<li>Have prior experience in introducing new systems to companies.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in building a database from scratch: collecting, managing, organising and storing data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Skills required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expertise with Google Sheets-driven automation.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to learn and develop skills is a must.<\/li>\n<li>The candidate should have critical thinking and be a problem solver.<\/li>\n<li>Good level of communication skills.
