We\u2019re looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive new sales, generate leads, and build relationships with clients. You will help expand our reach through various online platforms and digital marketing strategies.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients on platforms like Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, LinkedIn, and through cold calling and email outreach.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Sales: Close deals for our e-commerce, web development, and mobile app services.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Marketing: Contribute to PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media efforts to generate inbound leads.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Networking: Engage in industry events, webinars, and partnerships to expand our network.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Reporting: Track sales progress, manage CRM tools, and report on key metrics.<\/p>\n

Ideal Candidate:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u20601+ years of experience in sales\/business development, preferably in IT or software.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Familiarity with platforms like Fiverr, Upwork, and Freelancer for lead generation.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Knowledge of e-commerce, web development, and mobile app services.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Experience with digital marketing (PPC, SEO) is a plus.<\/p>\n

Platforms & Methods:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Freelance Platforms: Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, and others for client acquisition.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Cold Outreach: LinkedIn, email, and phone.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media.<\/p>\n

\u2022\u2060 \u2060Networking: Industry events, webinars, and strategic partnerships.<\/p>\n

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher<\/p>\n

Pay: \u20b910,000.00 – \u20b925,000.00 per month<\/p>\n

Expected hours: 48 per week<\/p>\n
