Todays\u2019 workforce management is driven by AI-based co-pilot business models made at Kwant.<\/p>\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Management Trainee to join our innovative team at FairConstruct Construction Solutions Pvt Ltd..<\/p>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.E. \/ B.Tech Civil; PG in Construction Management (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>0- 3 years prior experience in construction management (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written English<\/li>\n<li>US Return candidates or candidates with experience in the US construction industry will have an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Technically sound with the Google Suite (especially Google Sheets)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be flexible with the variety of tasks<\/li>\n<li>Broad mental ability and open to learn<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines<\/li>\n<li>High level of accuracy and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of Project Management processes, software and systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee complete cycle of a construction project for commercial and residential construction projects<\/li>\n<li>Be actively engaged in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform a large project decomposition &#8211; divide and subdivide the project into smaller manageable parts and ability to communicate effectively with the customer<\/li>\n<li>Keep a check on project budgets and expenses, staffing, scheduling and safety management and document reasons for variances if any.<\/li>\n<li>Raise concerns or bring forth smoother and more efficient methods of doing a site execution activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>SALARY:\u00a0<\/b>Rs. 25,000 &#8211; 30,000 in hand per month (based on interviews)<\/p>\n<p><b>LOCATION:\u00a0<\/b>Hybrid (Willing to locate to Bhopal in near future)<\/p>\n<p>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent<\/p>\n<p>Pay: \u20b925,000.00 &#8211; \u20b940,000.00 per month<\/p>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Internet reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Work from home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift<\/li>\n<li>Evening shift<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<li>US shift<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Education:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s (Preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Location: In person<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/job-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5949 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/APPLY-NOW-button-01-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description COMPANY PROFILE: FairConstruct Construction Solutions Private Limited is a construction management services and solutions provider.
