You will play an important role in ensuring seamless use of tools like Atlassian, Slack, Bitwarden, Google Workspace, 3CX, Microsoft 365, and others. You will be working closely with both internal employees and clients to ensure their technical needs are met and help resolve any issues that arise.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical support to internal teams, helping them resolve issues related to tools like Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other marketing platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Offer ongoing technical assistance to clients regarding their use of marketing tools, platforms, and integrations we\u2019ve implemented, ensuring smooth operations.<\/li>\n<li>Administer and configure internal and client-facing systems, such as Atlassian, Bitwarden, phone management system, and Google Workspace.<\/li>\n<li>Help integrate various marketing platforms, CRMs, and automation tools with our core systems to streamline workflows for both internal teams and clients.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to systems, software, and client-specific integrations to ensure continuous operations for both internal and client-facing functions.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain user guides and training materials for internal employees and clients, ensuring they are equipped to use the tools effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor security settings, especially for client-sensitive data, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other departments to ensure all technology tools are aligned with business and client objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service, assisting them with their technology needs, and providing proactive solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience (3+ years) in IT support or technology management in a B2B environment, ideally in a tech agency or similar business.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in managing tools like Jira, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Bitwarden, 3CX, and other business tools.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms and tools, such as CRMs, email marketing platforms, project management tools, and digital marketing software.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in troubleshooting common IT issues, providing customer support, and ensuring smooth tech operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal teams and external clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Skills<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with automation tools like Zapier or Integromat for marketing operations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with B2B marketing systems and integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Google, Atlassian tools).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Types: Part-time, Freelance<\/p>\n<p>Pay: \u20b9256.00 &#8211; \u20b9300.00 per hour<\/p>\n<p>Expected hours: 10 \u2013 15 per week<\/p>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work from home<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Day shift<\/li>\n<li>Monday to Friday<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Application Question(s):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you willing to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law\/regulations?<\/li>\n<li>Are you an immediate joiner?
