We are looking for a\u00a0Performance Marketer<\/b>\u00a0with a\u00a0proven track record of ROI in the service or spares industry.<\/b>\u00a0The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with sound knowledge of\u00a0all marketing channels, including offline strategies like influencer marketing.<\/b>\u00a0You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

\u2705\u00a0Google & Meta Ads Campaigns:<\/b>\u00a0Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns with a clear focus on ROI, lead generation, and customer retention.\u2705\u00a0Budget & ROI Management:<\/b>\u00a0Strategically allocate budgets across platforms to maximize conversions while maintaining efficiency.\u2705\u00a0Omnichannel Strategy:<\/b>\u00a0Leverage a mix of digital and offline marketing channels, including influencer collaborations, partnerships, and brand activations.\u2705\u00a0Analytics & Reporting:<\/b>\u00a0Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to enhance marketing effectiveness.\u2705\u00a0Landing Page Optimization:<\/b>\u00a0Collaborate with designers and developers to optimize pages for better conversion rates.\u2705\u00a0Competitor Analysis:<\/b>\u00a0Stay ahead of market trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing efforts.\u2705\u00a0Collaboration:<\/b>\u00a0Work closely with internal teams (content, design, product, and sales) to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.<\/p>\n

Key Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n

3-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the\u00a0service or spares industry<\/b>.
\nProven expertise in\u00a0Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)<\/b>.
\nStrong analytical skills with experience in\u00a0Google Analytics, GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking<\/b>.
\nHands-on experience with\u00a0offline marketing, influencer collaborations, and partnerships<\/b>.
\nAbility to drive\u00a0cost-efficient lead generation<\/b>\u00a0and improve overall campaign performance.
\nStrong understanding of SEO, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
\nExperience in A\/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel improvement.
\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/p>\n
