Job Description:<\/p>\n

We are looking for a skilled **Performance Marketer** with over 7 years of experience in B2B lead generation to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This role focuses on generating and qualifying high-quality leads from the Australian market. Compensation will be based on the successful qualification of leads.<\/p>\n

**Key Responsibilities:**<\/p>\n

– Develop and execute lead generation campaigns targeting B2B audiences in Australia.<\/p>\n

– Utilize various performance marketing channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, to generate qualified leads.<\/p>\n

– Optimize campaigns based on key metrics to ensure maximum ROI and lead quality.<\/p>\n

– Conduct A\/B testing and continuous analysis to improve targeting and conversion rates.<\/p>\n

– Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and moved through the sales funnel effectively.<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n

– Proven experience (7+ years) in performance marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.<\/p>\n

– Expertise in the Australian market and understanding of B2B buyer behavior in the region.<\/p>\n

– Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).<\/p>\n

– Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive marketing decisions.<\/p>\n

– Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with remote teams.<\/p>\n

**Compensation:** Payment based on the qualification and conversion of leads.<\/p>\n
