S\/he will focus on optimizing the website performance and the customer journey, provide insights through on page and off-page SEO recommendations, while supporting other marketing specialists within the team.<\/p>\n<p>As part of your responsibilities, you will drive the end-to-end SEO strategy for i2e. You will take the lead on building traffic, journey optimizations, customer experience and management reporting.<br \/>\nThe role involves strategy, execution and requires you to be creative, monitor, evaluate, communicate ideas across the organization. You will work closely with other marketing specialists, account development team, practice leads whilst being a core member of the Marketing team.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develops an SEO roadmap that is aligned with i2e business goals.<\/li>\n<li>Work towards building organic search as a major contributor of i2e\u2019s web traffic.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Execute<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive SEO implementation across content, design, social media, and other marketing activities.<\/li>\n<li>Drive keyword discovery, identify and troubleshoot SEO issues and implement recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Take lead in website optimizations, prioritizing conversion journey, identifying points of optimization by on page and off page SEO recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Develop off-page optimisation projects \u2013 link-building.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with PPC and content teams to optimise content and campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Should have expertise in tracking daily, weekly &amp; monthly KPI\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div>Monitor<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Evaluate progress against benchmark metrics monthly, quarterly and present reports on outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Create dashboards that capture KPIs (both qualitative &amp; quantitative) &amp; share inputs with other marketing team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>KPIs for Success:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development of organic search as a major traffic channel for i2e that helps us meet top line and bottom-line brand goals (awareness and leads acquisition): Traffic and time on site<\/li>\n<li>SEO KPIs: Growth in traffic, time spent, and net new leads.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>Knowledge &amp; Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in SEO tools such as Moz SEO, Webmaster tools, Google Analytics<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about HTML and<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/job-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5949 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/APPLY-NOW-button-01-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Experience:\u00a0Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SEO for a high traffic product\/service organization.
