As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to create beautiful images and compelling content. Your duties will include developing graphics for digital platforms to enhance our accompanying text.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create materials for online and print use\u00a0<b>(though print work is not mandatory)<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Choose colors, fonts, images, and layouts for each project<\/li>\n<li>Complete projects on time with a focus on quality<\/li>\n<li>Provide design advice and suggest improvements during projects<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other designers to develop new, creative ideas for the company<\/li>\n<li>Work with various types of media and design software\u00a0<b>(CorelDRAW experience is not mandatory)<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Guide the company\u2019s design style within brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple projects within design and budget limits<\/li>\n<li>Define the tone and message for design pieces<\/li>\n<li>Carefully review designs to avoid mistakes<\/li>\n<li>Apply feedback and make design changes as needed<\/li>\n<li>Create visuals that communicate the project\u2019s message effectively<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on new AI design tools for image generation, concept creation like Dall-e, Midjourney etc.<\/li>\n<li>Should be updated with all social media trends<\/li>\n<li>Should be able understand brand guidelines &amp; brand identity well<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Qualifications and Skill Sets<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, Photoshop, CorelDraw, InDesign, QuarkXPress, and Illustrator<\/li>\n<li>1+ year experience in graphic designing<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects<\/li>\n<li>Time management and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web<\/li>\n<li>Experience with both print and digital media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Experience<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Above 3 months for internships<\/li>\n<li>Above 3 months for training leading to a full time job<\/li>\n<li>Above 1 year for junior executive full time job<\/li>\n<li>Above 3 years for mid level executive<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Expected Salary (per month)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5,000 INR for internships<\/li>\n<li>8,500 INR for trainings<\/li>\n<li>18,000 INR to 25,000 INR for junior executives\u00a0<b>full time positions (Work from home)<\/b><\/li>\n<li>25,000 INR to 50,000 INR for mid level executives with\u00a0<b>full time positions with experience over 3 years (hybrid)<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Part-Time and Contractual Positions:<\/b>\u00a0The salary is negotiable and will depend on the nature of the job and the applicant\u2019s expertise<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>*The remuneration depends on the quality of work and experience<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Location<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a remote position with daily team leader check-ins and CRM updates, along with weekly reporting. Occasional virtual meetings with clients may be required, as well as in-person client visits once a month or quarterly. The company will cover all related expenses for these visits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Work Timings<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monday \u2013 Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; with a one-hour lunch break and three small 10 minute breaks for refreshment\/ mental break\/ walking etc.<\/li>\n<li>Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Trial Period<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New hires will undergo a 3 to 20 working day trial period.
