Languages) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs in various programming languages to students, professionals, or other target audiences.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Curriculum Development:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Design and develop comprehensive training programs in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Align training programs with industry best practices, current technologies, and specific learning objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including courseware, presentations, exercises, and assessments.<\/li>\n<li><b>Training Delivery:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, labs, and group projects.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize innovative training techniques, such as simulations, gamification, and technology-based learning tools.<\/li>\n<li>Assess student learning through regular evaluations, quizzes, and projects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their programming skills.<\/li>\n<li><b>Technical Expertise:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Maintain a strong understanding of current programming languages, technologies, and industry trends.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated on new technologies and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to students during training sessions.<\/li>\n<li><b>Student Support:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Address student queries and concerns related to programming concepts and training materials.<\/li>\n<li>Provide academic and career guidance to students, including job search strategies, resume and interview preparation.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<li><b>Performance Tracking and Analysis:<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Track student performance data, including test scores, attendance, and feedback.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in training programs and delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes and student progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 PG degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reputed engineering institutes like IIT\/NIT\/IISE\/IIIT or Deemed\/Private Universities or Autonomous Institutes or industry, with a proven track record of success in technical training.<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the field of programming languages<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Strong organizational and time-management skills<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 Passion for teaching and imparting knowledge effectively<\/p>\n<p><b>Desired Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in developing and delivering online training programs<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using online learning platforms and tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing and deploying software applications<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of software development
