You will also learn web development concepts using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Javascript and C#<\/li>\n<li>Software Development Lifecycle Training \u2013 experience the MT SDLC &amp; Agile\/Scrum Methodology while working on real-world type projects<\/li>\n<li>Team Work &amp; Mentorship \u2013 experience working with other Miles IT Software Developers. They will act as your mentor and lead while working on training projects or customer projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>A TYPICAL DAY AS AN ASSOCIATE SOFTWARE DEVELOPER:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full Stack Development of Web and Computer Applications based on user requirements and solution architecture as documented by the Business Analyst, and specifications by the Software Development Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Perform Tasks related to maintaining, supporting, and advancing production systems including analysis &amp; troubleshooting of reported issues, as well as bug fixing.<\/li>\n<li>Performing regular proactive maintenance on systems and databases<\/li>\n<li>Enhance and extend functionality on existing systems through planned minor updates and more significant projects<\/li>\n<li>Publish updates to production systems (hotfixes, planned version releases)<\/li>\n<li>Perform Business Logic and Functional Type Testing on completed development work<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all software support-related activities including daily standup meetings, prioritization, work planning, and update reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Software Development Lead in Solution Architecture &amp; Database Design (when needed)<\/li>\n<li>Participate in all software project-related activities including daily standup meetings, backlog grooming (when needed), sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>REQUIRED:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fresh Graduate (within 2-3 months) or Upcoming Graduate (within 1-2 months) with Full Stack Web Application Development Experience<\/li>\n<li>Object-Oriented Concepts &amp; Programming<\/li>\n<li>Full Stack Web Application Development Skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with technical, non-technical staff, and customers<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts, multitask effectively, and find solutions to complex challenges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PREFERRED:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work experience throughout college<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>GPA between 3.5 \u2013 4.0 \/ &gt; 80% \/ 8 CGPA<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in various programming languages (C#, VB, PHP, JavaScript) and technologies (HTML, CSS, Angular, SQL Server, MySQL) for both front-end and back-end development<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Microsoft and Linux environments, leveraging Docker and Git for efficient development and deployment.
