The Graphic Designer job role and Video Editor job profile required you to collaborate with stakeholders, and other members of the creative team to conceptualize, design, and edit graphics and videos across various mediums.<\/p>\n<p>An ideal Graphic Designing and Video Editing candidate will be one with knowledge of the latest designs and software, a team player, and an excellent communicator who would be able to take directions from written or spoken ideas and translate them into captivating designs that connect.<\/p>\n<p><b>Industry<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Digital Marketing Services<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients(domestic and international) on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative and innovative design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for various projects that might include logos, branding materials, social media graphics, website elements, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Utilize industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or other relevant tools to create and edit designs.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications<\/li>\n<li>Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic while receiving and incorporating feedback from team members to refine and improve designs.<\/li>\n<li>Edit and manipulate video footage to create visually engaging and cohesive videos for YouTube and other social media channels.<\/li>\n<li>Understand the narrative and objectives of the video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout<\/li>\n<li>Edit and mix audio elements, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure high-quality audio for video projects.<\/li>\n<li>Work with copywriters and the creative director to produce the final design.<\/li>\n<li>Handle camera on some occasions and capture footage as and when required for the video content.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.<\/li>\n<li>Competitive analysis and making sure to create content according to the latest market trends.<\/li>\n<li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required skills and qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as a graphic designer and video editor, or in similar roles will be preferable.<\/li>\n<li>A strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design and video editing projects, demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and a variety of styles can be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>1 year of experience (academic and professional) with proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or other relevant tools.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, layout composition, and video editing techniques.<\/li>\n<li>Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs and engaging videos.<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks related to designing simultaneously and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Adaptability and willingness to incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and audio editing is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Desire to continue building skill set with education and training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Educational qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline preferably.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript ,Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems would be an added advantage<\/p>\n<p>\u00d8 Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software will also add more weightage.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Job Location : Pune (Work from Office Role) .
