The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n<p><i><b>MUST REQUIRED: FLUENCY IN ENGLISH<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>Strong listening skills and attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multitasking abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Previous telemarketing experience is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Freshers having good communication skills will be given an opportunity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>How to Apply:<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are invited to send their resumes and a cover letter to hrops@esromagica.com.
