Sales Representative Job Description<\/b><\/p>\n

Position Description:<\/b><\/p>\n

Sales Associate is responsible to be knowledgeable for the services Spardha Pvt Ltd. provides and use it to connect with customers to generate sales. Duties involve connecting to customers, cold calls, sales leads, negotiations and package discussion for customer conversion. Maintaining and documenting sales conversations and collaborating with team members to complete the sales cycle till the customer is onboard.<\/p>\n

Sales Associate Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Contacting New and existing customers to discuss needs and requirements.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Contacting and converting leads from social media and references.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Emphasize the features and uniqueness of and portal and curriculum.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Answer questions related to our trainers and online teaching model.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Reviving and retargeting lost, unqualified, inactive and uncontacted customers.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Follow-up on customers after trial to discuss the price package.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Negotiating prices and preparing the price package as per customer needs.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Collaborating with colleagues from Support, Success and sales team.<\/p>\n

Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Good interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with wide variety of<\/p>\n

customers and able to address needs.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Strong command on English as a communication language.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Good listening skills, should be able to listen and understand customer needs and<\/p>\n

provide appropriate solutions.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ability to convey benefits of service to potential customer.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Confidence and persuasion ability to succeed in cold calling and converting the lead to a<\/p>\n

customer.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ability to work in different shifts and handle long hours of communication.<\/p>\n

\uf0b7 Ability to pay attention to details and record them on appropriate mediums to make<\/p>\n

communication know to other team members.<\/p>\n
