We are looking for\u00a0Operations Associates<\/b>\u00a0for IT services to join our team at Mohali.<\/p>\n

The job is about handling day-to-day tech and non-tech tasks online such as performing online research, data mining, managing MS Word and Excel, creating PPTs managing blogs, SEO, social media accounts, website changes, Calender Scheduling, generating invoices etc.<\/p>\n

The candidates will get an opportunity to work with overseas clients and get exposure to live IT projects.<\/p>\n

Work Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n

-Client interaction through Email & Phone<\/p>\n

– Manage Social Media accounts<\/p>\n

– Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – Website Audit, Competitor Analysis, On-page & Off-page SEO,Content promotion etc.<\/p>\n

-Manage Microsoft Excel and Documents<\/p>\n

-Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records<\/p>\n

-Create PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) as assigned<\/p>\n

-Manage Social media accounts, blogs, etc.<\/p>\n

-Manage business development operations and work on platforms like up work, guru, etc.<\/p>\n

-Learning new tools and platforms online<\/p>\n

-Handle design related tasks and operate tools like Canva.<\/p>\n

Key Skills<\/b><\/p>\n

– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, MS Excel)<\/p>\n

– Phone, email, and instant messaging (chat) skills<\/p>\n

– Good organizational and time management skills<\/p>\n

– Online Research<\/p>\n

– Good verbal & written communication<\/p>\n

– Possess strong interpersonal skills<\/p>\n
