Your responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, monitoring performance metrics, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction across multiple online channels.<\/p>\n<p><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>1. Platform Management:<\/b>\u00a0Manage the setup and maintenance of our company&#8217;s storefronts and product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all product listings are accurately created, optimized, and updated with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords.<\/li>\n<li>Administer the day-to-day operations of the company&#8217;s presence on various e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, and IndiaMART.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>2.Inventory and Order Management:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create, update, and optimize product listings across platforms ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with platform guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock availability to meet customer demand.<\/li>\n<li>Process orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely shipping and delivery while maintaining high standards of customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>3.Order Processing and Fulfillment:<\/b>\u00a0Manage online orders efficiently, from order placement to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing, accurate shipping, and delivery. Liaise with logistics partners to streamline the fulfillment process.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.Performance Monitoring:<\/b>\u00a0Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer feedback on each platform. Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.Competitor Analysis:<\/b>\u00a0Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities, pricing strategies, product assortment, and promotional tactics on e-commerce platforms. Extract insights to refine our own strategies and remain competitive.<\/p>\n<p><b>6.Customer Service and Feedback Management:<\/b>\u00a0Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across platforms. Address customer issues effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.<\/p>\n<p><b>7.Content Optimization:<\/b>\u00a0Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop compelling product descriptions, images, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance product visibility and drive conversions.<\/p>\n<p><b>8.Digital Marketing Support:<\/b>\u00a0Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions tailored for e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize ad placements, keywords, and targeting for maximum ROI.<\/p>\n<p><b>9.Platform Updates and Compliance:<\/b>\u00a0Stay updated on platform policies, algorithms, and best practices.
