**Job Description:**<\/p>\n

**Responsibilities:**<\/p>\n

– Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.<\/p>\n

– Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.<\/p>\n

– Coordinate and communicate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.<\/p>\n

– Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and legal requirements.<\/p>\n

– Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.<\/p>\n

– Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.<\/p>\n

– Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.<\/p>\n

– Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.<\/p>\n

– Lead project meetings and provide clear direction to project teams.<\/p>\n

– Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.<\/p>\n

**Requirements:**<\/p>\n

– Bachelor\u2019s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.<\/p>\n

– Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role.<\/p>\n

– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.<\/p>\n

– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.<\/p>\n

– Proficient in project management software and tools.<\/p>\n

– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/p>\n

– PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.<\/p>\n
