The ideal candidate will oversee and optimize all accounting processes in the factory, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and operational efficiency. They will also guide and mentor a team of accounting staff, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities<\/b>:<b>Tally Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>End-to-End Tally ERP Operations<\/b>:<\/li>\n<li>Manage accounts payable\/receivable, inventory, payroll, GST filings, and other taxation-related entries.<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain accounting configurations in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and taxation laws.<\/li>\n<li><b>Financial Transactions<\/b>:<\/li>\n<li>Handle all financial transactions and reconciliations, including cash flow statements, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny.<\/li>\n<li>Create detailed financial reports such as Profit &amp; Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and GST compliance reports.<\/li>\n<li><b>Inventory Control<\/b>:<\/li>\n<li>Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory through Tally.<\/li>\n<li>Generate inventory reports and integrate them with production cycles to avoid stock discrepancies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure cost-effective stock management and oversee monthly stock reconciliation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Team Management<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Supervision and Mentoring<\/b>:<\/li>\n<li>Guide and mentor a team of 2-4 accounting and operational staff.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate tasks, review daily operations, and ensure the team adheres to established processes.<\/li>\n<li>Provide hands-on training on Tally ERP and ensure timely completion of tasks by the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Process Improvement<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>System Optimization<\/b>:<\/li>\n<li>Analyze existing accounting workflows and identify areas for automation or improvement within Tally ERP.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to integrate Tally with manufacturing and logistics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Skills and Competencies<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9\/Tally Prime<\/b>: Advanced knowledge of Tally functions, modules, and reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li><b>Accounting Expertise<\/b>: Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other tax compliance.<\/li>\n<li><b>Team Leadership<\/b>: Proven experience in guiding and managing a team of accounting professionals.<\/li>\n<li><b>Problem-Solving Skills<\/b>: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot discrepancies in financial data or inventory.<\/li>\n<li><b>Attention to Detail<\/b>: High level of accuracy in handling numbers, reporting, and inventory management.<\/li>\n<li><b>Manufacturing Knowledge<\/b>: Familiarity with factory operations, inventory control, and production costing will be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or related fields.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing Tally ERP systems in a manufacturing or factory environment.<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in Tally ERP or similar software are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Perks and Benefits<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Professional development and growth opportunities within the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n<p>Pay: Up to \u20b950,000.00 per month<\/p>\n<p>Benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cell phone reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Health insurance<\/li>\n<li>Provident Fund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Supplemental Pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance bonus<\/li>\n<li>Yearly bonus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>total work: 3 years (Preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Language:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kannada, English (Required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work Location: In person<\/p>\n<p>Expected Start Date: 10\/02\/2025<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/job-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5949\" src=\"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/APPLY-NOW-button-01-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Position: Tally Specialist\/Accounts Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Tally and factory\/manufacturing operations.
