Job Summary:<\/p>\n

The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing the company\u2019s payables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience with accounts payable functions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Invoice Processing: Review, code, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Payment Processing: Handle fixed expenses payment, Capex Payment and all other payments. Reconcile and review payments to ensure accuracy.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Vendor Management: Maintain and update vendor records, handle vendor inquiries, and resolve any issues related to payments or invoices.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts payable transactions and assist in the preparation of financial reports.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Documentation: Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions, invoices, and payments. Ensure documentation is complete for audits and internal reviews.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements related to accounts payable functions. Assist with internal and external audits as needed.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement and finance, to ensure smooth processing of transactions and resolve any discrepancies. Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u25cf Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.<\/p>\n

\u25cf Skills: Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).<\/p>\n

\u25cf Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and financial transactions<\/p>\n

Job Type: Full-time<\/p>\n

Pay: Up to \u20b9900,000.00 per year<\/p>\n
