You will work closely with the design and production teams to develop original designs that align with brand aesthetics and meet technical specifications for manufacturing<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Seamless Print Design:<\/b>\u00a0Create visually striking, seamless prints and patterns for a variety of apparel, ensuring that the designs are versatile and production-ready.<\/li>\n<li><b>Apparel Graphics:<\/b>\u00a0Design original and trend-driven graphics for different apparel types, including t-shirts, hoodies, activewear, and more.<\/li>\n<li><b>CLO 3D Design:<\/b>\u00a0Develop 3D garment prototypes using CLO 3D to visualize designs in a realistic and accurate manner, ensuring proper fit, fabric simulation, and print placement.<\/li>\n<li><b>Print-Ready Artwork:<\/b>\u00a0Prepare and export high-quality, print-ready artwork, including color separations and ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and specifications for screen printing or digital printing processes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Brand &amp; Trend Alignment:<\/b>\u00a0Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all designs are on-brand and align with seasonal trends and customer preferences.<\/li>\n<li><b>Collaboration:<\/b>\u00a0Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet production timelines.<\/li>\n<li><b>Concept Development:<\/b>\u00a0Create mood boards, design concepts, and presentations for new collections or product lines based on market trends and brand direction.<\/li>\n<li><b>Digital Content:<\/b>\u00a0Design digital assets for marketing purposes (e.g., social media posts, website banners, email campaigns) using tools like Canva.<\/li>\n<li><b>Attention to Detail:<\/b>\u00a0Ensure all designs are meticulously crafted and checked for consistency, scalability, and accuracy before submission to production.<\/li>\n<li><b>Project Management:<\/b>\u00a0Effectively manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs and meeting deadlines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Experience:<\/b>\u00a02+ years of experience as an apparel graphic designer or in a similar design role within the fashion or retail industry.<\/li>\n<li><b>Technical Skills:<\/b>\u00a0Proficiency in\u00a0<b>CLO 3D<\/b>,\u00a0<b>Adobe Photoshop<\/b>, and\u00a0<b>Canva<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>Portfolio:<\/b>\u00a0A strong portfolio showcasing seamless prints, original graphic designs for apparel, and examples of print-ready artwork.<\/li>\n<li><b>Seamless Print Expertise:<\/b>\u00a0Proven ability to design seamless patterns and prints that work across various garment types and fabric materials.<\/li>\n<li><b>Attention to Detail:<\/b>\u00a0Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing accurate, print-ready designs that meet technical requirements.<\/li>\n<li><b>Creative &amp;
