Roles & Responsibilites:<\/b><\/p>\n

Develop Project Plans:<\/b>\u00a0Develop and execute end to end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cybersecurity best practices. Create detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.<\/p>\n

Stakeholder Interactions:<\/b>\u00a0Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.<\/p>\n

Identify and Mitigate Risks:<\/b>\u00a0Assess potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.<\/p>\n

Ensure Quality:<\/b>\u00a0Monitor project progress and performance to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to cybersecurity policies and regulations.<\/p>\n

Maintain Documentation:<\/b>\u00a0Keep thorough documentation of project plans, status reports, and evaluations. Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Apply Cybersecurity Knowledge:<\/b>\u00a0Utilize expertise in cybersecurity to ensure projects align with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n

Handle Escalations :<\/b>\u00a0Handle escalations and conflict within the team.<\/p>\n

Implement Best Practices:<\/b>\u00a0Identify and apply process improvements and best practices to enhance project management and cybersecurity processes.<\/p>\n

Lead and Mentor Teams:<\/b>\u00a0Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring team members are aligned with project goals.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/b>\u00a0Experience in project management, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity projects. Proven track record of successfully managing large, complex projects in the Cybersecurity and Ecommerce sector.<\/p>\n

Education:<\/b>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, CAPM, Prince2, CISA, CISM) are highly desirable.<\/p>\n

Cybersecurity Knowledge:<\/b>\u00a0Understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).<\/p>\n

Tools Hands on:\u00a0<\/b>JIRA, Confluence, Excel, GSuite.<\/p>\n

Communication:\u00a0<\/b>Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Problem-Solving:<\/b>\u00a0Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations and make informed decisions.<\/p>\n

Leadership:\u00a0<\/b>Proven leadership abilities, including experience in mentoring and guiding team members. Ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve project goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
