You will lead a team of professionals in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with our third-party vendors.<\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a robust vendor risk management framework aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the development and execution of vendor risk assessments, including due diligence processes, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the implementation of a vendor onboarding process that ensures proper vetting and risk controls are in place.<\/li>\n<li>Manage a team of risk professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to develop their expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously monitor vendor performance and identify potential risks, implementing appropriate controls and mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and communication regarding vendor risk.<\/li>\n<li>Stay abreast of evolving vendor risk management trends and regulations, ensuring the program remains effective.<\/li>\n<li>Report on vendor risk management activities to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of experience in Vendor Risk Management and GRC, ideally within a similar industry.<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of developing and implementing successful vendor risk management programs for leading global companies<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading and motivating a team of professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in relevant vendor risk management tools and technologies (Onetrust, Service Now, Risk Recon, Security Scorecard,etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"css-nijnu8 e15p7aqh1\" role=\"separator\" aria-orientation=\"horizontal\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: center;\" role=\"separator\" aria-orientation=\"horizontal\"><a href=\"https:\/\/joblagii.com\/job-application\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5949\" src=\"https:\/\/mlmsky.com\/jobs\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/APPLY-NOW-button-01-300x145.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"145\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Security Specialist (10+ Years Experience) (Vendor Risk Management) We are searching for a seasoned Vendor Risk Management Leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our organization from third-party risks.
