Call Center Executive<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Customer Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.<\/p>\n

Problem Resolution:<\/p>\n

Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.<\/p>\n

Product Knowledge:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of US Jobs products\/services to accurately assist customers and provide relevant information.<\/p>\n

Documentation:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to ensure all information is accurately documented.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Communication Skills: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
\nCustomer Focus: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering excellent service.<\/p>\n

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.<\/p>\n
