HR Manager<\/p>\n

Employee Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop and oversee employee engagement programs to promote a positive work environment.
\nAddress employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.<\/p>\n

Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Implement performance management systems to assess and enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
\nProvide coaching and guidance to employees to support their professional growth.<\/p>\n

Policy Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
\nEnsure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.<\/p>\n


\nTraining and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
\nCollaborate with team leads to promote career growth and provide learning opportunities.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:
\n<\/strong>
\nProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
\nIn-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
\nFamiliarity with labor laws and regulations.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
\nAbility to manage diversity and inclusion initiatives.
\nExceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
