Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.<\/p>\n

Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oversee the performance appraisal process, set goals, and provide feedback to ensure employee growth and development.<\/p>\n

HR Strategy: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n

Compliance: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring the company HR practices are in full compliance.<\/p>\n

Training and Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and facilitate learning opportunities for employees to enhance their skills.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/p>\n

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.<\/p>\n

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.<\/p>\n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<\/p>\n

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.<\/p>\n

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.<\/p>\n

SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.<\/p>\n
