We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resources Manager to join our team at US Jobs. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce, ensuring that we have the right talent in place to drive our mission forward. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the IT and non-IT sectors.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring plans.
\nManage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting job openings to conducting interviews.
\nDevelop and implement onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
\nOversee employee relations and resolve any workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner.
\nImplement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and promote a positive work environment.
\nDevelop and execute strategies for employee development, training, and career advancement.
\nLead performance management processes and provide guidance on goal setting and feedback.
\nOversee compensation and benefits administration.
\nMaintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
\nStay current with HR trends and regulations to adapt and refine our HR practices accordingly.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master degree or HR certification is a plus.
\nProven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
\nStrong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
\nExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
\nProficiency in HR software and tools.
\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
\nStrong organizational and time management skills.
\nThe ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
\nExperience in IT or non-IT sectors is an advantage.<\/p>\n
