Training and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and support employees in their professional growth.<\/p>\n


\nHR Policy and Compliance: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and update company policies as needed.<\/p>\n

Benefits Administration:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.<\/p>\n

Employee Engagement:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.<\/p>\n

Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
\nProven experience as an HR manager or in a similar HR role.
\nIn-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.
\nExcellent problem-solving abilities.
\nProficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality.<\/p>\n
