Position Overview:Scalesforth is looking for a seasoned and results-driven Human Resources Executive to lead our HR department. Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

Strategic HR Leadership: <\/strong><\/p>\n

Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.<\/p>\n

Promote a positive work environment by handling employee relations issues professionally and proactively.<\/p>\n

Performance Management:<\/strong><\/p>\n

HR Policy and Compliance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance.<\/p>\n

Training and Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate development initiatives to enhance employee skills.<\/p>\n
