As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued card members. Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
\nProvide accurate information and assistance regarding American Express products, services, and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
\nPrevious customer service experience, preferably in a call center or virtual customer care environment.
\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
\nEmpathy and the ability to actively listen to customer concerns.
\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
\nAdaptability and a willingness to embrace change in a fast-paced work environment.
\nProficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications.
\nAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.<\/p>\n
