In this role, you will oversee a team of talented technicians and play a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of our Technology Services Asset Protection (TSAP) program.   1. Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of the Technology Services Asset Protection (TSAP) program.<\/li>\n
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficacy and efficiency of the TSAP program.<\/li>\n
  3. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.<\/li>\n
  4. Provide guidance and support to team members, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations.<\/li>\n
  5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the TSAP program, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.<\/li>\n
  6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and address any issues or concerns related to the TSAP program.<\/li>\n
  7. Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and developments to ensure the TSAP program is utilizing the most effective and innovative solutions.<\/li>\n
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the TSAP program has access to quality products and services.<\/li>\n
  9. Create and maintain detailed documentation of the TSAP program, including processes, procedures, and reports.<\/li>\n
  10. Act as a liaison between the TSAP team and other departments or agencies to coordinate efforts and ensure alignment with overall technology goals.<\/li>\n
  11. Monitor and track the budget for the TSAP program, making adjustments as needed to ensure financial sustainability.<\/li>\n
  12. Act as an ambassador for the TSAP program, promoting its benefits and successes to stakeholders and the community.<\/li>\n
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the TSAP program to meet the evolving needs of the community and organization.<\/li>\n
  14. Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in the implementation and management of the TSAP program.<\/li>\n
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and a dedication to serving the public through the TSAP program.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n

    Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Technical Support Or It Department.<\/p>\n

    Extensive Knowledge Of Technical Support Processes And Procedures, Including Incident Management, Problem Resolution, And Escalation Protocols.<\/p>\n

    Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.<\/p>\n

    Experience With Project Management And Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities To Team Members.<\/p>\n
