Lead and manage technology implementation projects throughout the city, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various city departments to assess their technology needs and develop solutions to enhance their processes and operations.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough research and stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to continually improve the city’s technology landscape.<\/p>\n
Provide technical expertise and guidance to city employees on the use of new technology systems and tools.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all technology implementations.<\/p>\n
Identify potential risks and issues during the implementation process and proactively address them to minimize negative impact.<\/p>\n
Coordinate and conduct training sessions and workshops for city employees to ensure successful adoption and usage of new technology systems.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of technology implementations and make recommendations for improvement.<\/p>\n
Stay informed on industry best practices and standards to ensure the city’s technology implementations are in line with them.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to implement new technology solutions and manage their performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Technology Implementation Or Project Management.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Project Management Methodologies.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Experience In Analyzing Complex Technical Requirements And Designing Effective Solutions.<\/p>\n
