  1. Manage and oversee all stages of major structural projects within the City of Pittsburgh.<\/li>\n
  2. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.<\/li>\n
  4. Lead and supervise a team of engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project success.<\/li>\n
  5. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including city officials, community members, and other departments, to gather input and address concerns.<\/li>\n
  6. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and make necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.<\/li>\n
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure quality materials and workmanship.<\/li>\n
  8. Review and approve project designs, plans, and specifications.<\/li>\n
  9. Monitor and track project expenses, providing regular reports to management.<\/li>\n
  10. Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete, including contracts, progress reports, and change orders.<\/li>\n
  11. Mitigate risks and resolve conflicts that may arise during the project.<\/li>\n
  12. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in the field of structural engineering and project management.<\/li>\n
  13. Represent the City of Pittsburgh at public meetings, hearings, and other events related to structural projects.<\/li>\n
  14. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and excellence within the project team.<\/li>\n
