Greet and welcome all visitors to the city pools in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer service to all pool patrons, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following proper procedures and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cashier station and surrounding pool areas.<\/p>\n
Assist with pool operations, such as monitoring pool safety, enforcing rules and regulations, and assisting with pool maintenance tasks.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with pool staff and supervisors to ensure smooth operation of the pool.<\/p>\n
Uphold the city’s policies and procedures, including those related to safety and customer service.<\/p>\n
Attend all required trainings and meetings to stay updated on pool policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Act as a positive role model for patrons, promoting a safe and enjoyable pool experience for all.<\/p>\n
Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism and in accordance with city policies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other pool staff to plan and execute special events and activities for pool patrons.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies to supervisors.<\/p>\n
Follow all health and safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe environment for all patrons.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve customer service and make suggestions for ways to enhance the pool experience for patrons.<\/p>\n
Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors.<\/p>\n
