Create and implement digital marketing strategies to promote City initiatives and engage with the community.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage engaging and creative content for various digital platforms, including social media, website, and email campaigns.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze digital metrics to track the effectiveness of communication efforts and make data-driven decisions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various City departments to ensure consistent and accurate messaging across all digital channels.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.<\/p>\n
Respond to comments and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Assist in the planning and execution of digital events and campaigns.<\/p>\n
Manage and maintain the City’s social media calendar and schedule posts accordingly.<\/p>\n
Create and manage digital advertising campaigns to reach target audiences.<\/p>\n
Work with graphic designers and videographers to create visual content for digital platforms.<\/p>\n
Proofread and edit all digital content to ensure accuracy and consistency.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to promote City events and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Provide training and support to City staff on using digital platforms for communication and engagement.<\/p>\n
Monitor online conversations and trends related to the City and report any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate department.<\/p>\n
Maintain a positive and professional image of the City through all digital communication efforts.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all City policies and procedures related to digital communications.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve the City’s digital presence and make recommendations for enhancements.<\/p>\n
Attend relevant workshops and conferences to stay current with digital communication trends and technologies.<\/p>\n
